This is Hespheros, Hell City's host/ tour guide.
One of the worlds I have with Toastie ahah (nobody is surprised) also goes by Hester
He is a dick like a damn lot of my other characters (still nobody surprised).
Hell began in the core of the world and slowly began to hollow it out, and the outermost ring beneath the earth's crust is known as 'Hell City', basically party central of human sin and delight. He heads above the surface and finds himself little tour groups to bring down and corrupt, then feed right into the core.
He likes his job a lot.
